I remember playing baseball with dad in our yard. Sitting and watch the Yankees play. So, dad, when we aren't fishing in Heaven let's play some baseball. God can be the umpire and Jesus can be the pitcher. Wish we had more time together. But God needs you by his side. Now you can watch over all of us. Maybe you can track down Babe Ruth and have a game w a great Yankee player.
Until we meet again your memory will stay in our hearts, dad. They say time heals all, but to lose you it will never heal until I see you in Heaven.
May the lord hold you tight till we meet again.
I will miss you and your stories. I will miss hearing your voice but your memory will live on in us all!
