Our thoughts and condolences are with the family. Growing up in Albion and knowing many friends & their parents, Chuck & Sara were always so nice to us & people in general. Definitely part of my good memories of Albion.
He was such a sweet man...loved getting to know him at Kodak, ..and every time I saw him around in town I made a point to say "hello and give him a hug" I got to know his brother Arnold when carpooling with him back and forth to Roch. also...amazing men...Great loss..
Our thoughts and prayers are with his family. We had the pleasure of meeting Chuck and worshipping with him a few weeks before he moved from Albion. His service and presence in this church are missed greatly! He was a valued member who contributed much to the AFUMC. He is at home now with his Lord.
To the Vick family, I am very sorry for the loss of your Dad. He was the sweetest, kindest man I have ever met. I will always remember him dressed up as a farmer at the country fair at the Methodist church. What a beautiful life he lived with your family. May you memories of your life together bring you peace. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Nancy Ebbs
Vick family,
My deepest sympathy on the loss of your Dad. What a kind and gentle man he was and a strong patriarch of your wonderful family. Our years on Day Street were so simple. Everyone played together, looked out for one another. My parents were your parents and your parents were my parents. We made some pretty special memories together: playing kick ball in the street, hanging out at Lafayette Park, playing "kick the can" at dusk, and who can forget the year Anne ran into our grape vine and bruised her face? My Dad tore the grape vine down the very next day! Your parents were wonderful friends to my family. You have our prayers and deepest condolences. Joey and all the Fiorilli's.
Vick family,
Our condolences from my family to yours for your loss. After reading about his life it is clear that he lived a truly full life, filled with love and admiration from his family and all that knew him. I also want to thank him for his service in the 8th Air Force as my grand father also served in the mighty 8th during WW2. Again our thoughts are with you and Im sure you couldn't be more proud to have had a great man like Chuck in your lives for so long.
Respectfully,
The Scott family
I owe him a lot.
He was so faithful to cross the church (Albion First United Methodists) each week (some 20 years ago), when I first started attending he made me want to come back, and made me want to make others feel that same welcoming spirit.
I never did have the opportunity to tell him, but I suspect he knows now.
Lord bless his soul.
